How we work
A written scope, a clear acceptance bar, and a delivery loop you can audit. Every engagement runs the same four phases.

Elicit
We turn a one-page brief into a numbered requirements doc with acceptance criteria, ASSUMED non-functionals flagged for your review, and the hard questions surfaced before they cost money.

Propose
Architecture, module list, capacity envelope, risk register, three budget scenarios, and a Gantt with milestone acceptance gates — all in one signed proposal before code starts.
- 03
Build
Ticketed delivery against the proposal. Type-checked, linted, tested, and reviewed per ticket. Critical-path changes (auth, crypto, migrations, money) get a human reviewer; nothing self-approves.
- 04
Hand off
Runbook, SLOs, on-call shadowing, security review, and an honest closeout report. Warranty period starts only after your team has shipped a change without us.
Engagement shapes
T-shirt-sized engagements with indicative price bands. Final scope and quote land in a signed proposal — these numbers are the starting point, not the only option.
